  • Welcome to our versatile 69 square metre space—an inviting, modern setting designed to adapt to your needs. Featuring a blank white canvas, the space is highlighted by a striking industrial-style copper pipe feature wall with sleek silver taps, adding a unique touch of character. The flooring consists of a smooth epoxy gallery-style finish, offering a contemporary aesthetic, with rugs provided for added comfort and warmth.

  • Dimmable lighting allows you to create the perfect ambiance, whether for a bright, energetic event or a calm, serene environment.

    Curtains and blinds provide privacy as needed, making the space suitable for a variety of uses.

  • For your convenience, the space includes plug sockets on three walls, with extension leads available if needed.

    An accessible kitchenette is available, equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, and mini bar, ensuring all your refreshment needs are met.

    Additionally, a sink and toilet are located at the rear of the shop for your convenience.

  • We require payment in full at the time of placing your booking.

    Cancellations are accepted as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • Weekdays: $40/hour

    Weekends: $50/hour

    Hourly booking rates are available for 2, 4, and 6 hour time slots. Perfect for practitioners or creatives who are looking to host meetings or workshops.

    Payment required in full at the time of booking.

  • 8 hours: $250/weekdays or $350/weekends

    Exclusive Full Day: $450/weekdays or $650/weekends

    A daily booking rates consists on an 8-hour time slot, ideal for photoshoots or workshops.

    OR

    Rent the space exclusively for the full day and have access to the space from 6am - 9pm.

    Payment required in full at the time of booking.

  • Book a package for 5, 7, 10 or 14 days, and get our special day rate of $250/day for weekdays (usually $450/day).

    Rent the space exclusively, available from 6am - 9pm.

    Purchase the package and follow the booking instructions on your confirmation email to use your unique code to redeem when making the booking.

    Payment required in full at the time of purchasing the package.
